All our tours are customizable and can be combined with other activities and visits. 🚃 Belgian coastal tram Discover the beauty of the Belgian coast by taking the longest tram line in the world Programm: 9 am: together with your guide take the train at Brussels central station, direction De Panne (+/- 2 hours) 11 am: arrival in De Panne and first meeting with the North sea 11:30 am : take the tram 0, the longest tram line in the world with explanations of your guide 12:30 am : stop in Nieuwpoort to visit the King Albert I Monument which illustrates the story of the flooding of the Yser plain in WWI. OPTIONAL: at the top of the monument you can enjoy the splendid panorama of the coast and the polders (5 eur extra) 1:00 pm : enjoy a lunch in a typical Belgian brasserie on the coast and continue your tram trip to Oostende 3:30 pm: arrival in Oostende and a Belgian waffle tasting during a coffee break 4:30 pm take the boat ferry to go for a refreshing walk and enjoy the view on the Oostelijke Strekdam (mole) 5:45 : take the train back to Brussels (2 hours) and end of the tour Timing and program can change depending on the train service and the weather |
